Our privacy policy for the management of health information is available upon request. It includes details about the type of information collected, its usage, protection, and disclosure.
- Patients have the right to refuse any treatment, advice, or procedure. Our doctors discuss all aspects of treatment and offer alternatives.
- For ongoing patient management, departing patients will be asked for a forwarding doctor’s or Practice address. Records will be securely transferred.
- We acknowledge a patient's right to complain and provide mechanisms to receive and implement feedback.
- Patients receive sufficient information about investigations, referrals, or treatments to make informed health decisions.
- Information on practice accessibility, including care outside normal hours, is provided to patients.
- Patient consent is required for participation in health reminder systems and research projects, and can be withdrawn at any time.
